Operations Center
The team at the Window & Door Design Center Operations Center receives, verifies, and inspects every product to ensure the accuracy of your order. Once our quality checks have been completed, our operations team will coordinate the delivery and installation of your products. Our delivery team will handle all products with the utmost care, from transport to unloading.
Service Department
Our in-house Service Department is your direct line for warranty issues, as well as ongoing service and support. We have a large inventory of parts, which alleviates potential wait times in the event that any hardware or other parts need to be replaced. We're trained and licensed to handle everything, including the unforeseeable.
What to Expect on Installation Day
The Window & Door Design Center of Florida is committed to the seamless installation of our clients' impact windows and doors. Your Project Manager will direct every step of the process, from handling the products to placing the finishing touches.
On the day of your scheduled delivery and installation, you can expect the prompt arrival of your materials and crew at the designated time.
